Getting stronger and leaner!	May 10, 2013

I've been using L-carn for over 2 months now, and over the past few weeks I have actually noticed a difference in body composition and strength. I take 2 caps pre-workout, then another either AM or PM... my goal being to mobilize fat stores for energy during the workout. Seems to be working.

As long as you've got your training and nutrition in check I recommend including L-carn to your supplement stack.
