NO Good..didnt last for couple of months even

After couple of use, the cloth on tip started tearing off. Then one day the iron hook came out while doing deadlifts and i end up hurting my knee.

After couple of use, the cloth at tip started tearing and then one day while doing deadlift the metal hook came out and i injured my knee.. i will not recommend this product to anyone. thanks

Great training tool!

The Grizzly Lifting Hook Straps are awesome! Most women naturally have weaker forearms and that is typically what gives out before the actual muscle group I am training. I have used gloves and straps but they were still awkward. I also have a really bad wrist so to train heavy and hard without something to support, is next to impossible. I started using the hook straps and holy eff it makes a huge difference. I was deadlifting heavier and more reps than ever cuz my da-mn forearms weren't forcing me to quit. If you haven't tried them yet, do it. Love them! The only thing is that the placement of the "latch" on the wrist part. It kind of gets in the way sometimes.
