Payload-ATP delivers an effective dose of the best pre-workout ingredients such as Beta-Alanine, Betaine, L-Citrulline, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Creatine, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine and Huperzine-A in each serving. Payload-ATP also supports liver function, heart health, improves muscle signaling and can also help reduce stress.* Most importantly, we added a large dose of clinically researched and patented AstraGin absorption support complex to increase the effects of the formula enabling it to perform even better than you expect!

Vitamin E
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

Vitamin B5 is also known as Pantothenic Acid and is found abundantly in foods, both animal and plants. This B vitamin is an essential nutrient needed for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It is found in highest amounts in meats, avocados, whole grains and broccoli. Vitamin B5 is also needed in the production of Vitamin D, adrenal gland function and the formation of red blood cells.*
Magnesium

Magnesium is an especially important mineral that regulates a diverse range of functions in the body including protein synthesis, blood glucose, blood pressure and muscle and nerve functions. It is also the second most abundant element in human cells. Magnesium rich foods include spinach, squash seeds, nuts, fish such as mackerel, and beans and lentils.
Folic Acid

Folic Acid is lesser known as a B-Vitamin but is considered to be a coenzyme that works to support many functions in the body including building muscle and blood vessel health. Humans must obtain it through diet as it cannot be synthesized in the body. Folic acid also works in combination with Vitamin B12 to increase red blood cells which are responsible for oxygen delivery to muscle cells.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D

Vitamin D is not widely available in foods but can be synthesized in the body through the exposure to sunlight. One food rich in vitamin D is cod liver oil with the fatty flesh of Swordfish and Salmon about one third as rich. Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption making it necessary for bone health and most recent studies have shown it have a positive impact on exercise performance. It can also lower cortisol levels and contribute to heart health and lower blood pressure.

L-Citrulline

This amino acid has gained much popularity over the years as being a primary source for nitric oxide production and its ability to increase plasma arginine levels and L-ornithine. L-Citrulline can be found in abundance in watermelon, which can contain approximately 250 mg per cup of flesh. L-Citrulline has been more recently studied for increases in endurance, reduced fatigue as well strength and power output.

Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine)
Betaine is found naturally in foods such as quinoa, spinach, beets and many grains. Betaine is known to be an osmolyte which helps maintain cell volume and fluid balance, and can also be used as a methyl donor to lower homocysteine levels.* Some more recent studies have shown Betaine to improve muscle size, power, work capacity and have a positive effect on lean body mass.*

CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine
CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine is a modified form of the amino acid alanine and is the precursor to Carnosine. Carnosine’s main function is to act as a pH buffer to prevent the production of acids in muscle tissue. During exercise or intense activity like sports, lactic acid builds up in muscle tissue causing fatigue. Beta-Alanine helps prevent the buildup of acid resulting in increased strength and muscle endurance and reduced fatigue.

Creatine
Creatine is the most studied and clinically proven ergogenic aid in all of dietary supplements and is found in abundance in meats. Creatine can also be formed in the body from the amino acids glycine and arginine. What makes creatine so powerful is its ability through the Creatine Kinase enzyme to create phosphocreatine (PCr) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP), both of which are used to make more adenosine triphosphate (ATP) that is used in cells to transfer energy – equalling more stored fuel for your intense workouts.

L-Tyrosine + N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid with a wide variety of functions including being proteinogenic and a precursor to the production of dopamine and noradrenaline. L-Tyrosine has been studied for improving cognitive and physical performance during exercise and stress reduction properties. We use a combination of L-Tyrosine and a more soluble faster acting form of L-Tyrosine, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine to maximize its benefits.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine
N-Acetyl L-Cysteine is actually a modified form of the amino acid cysteine which is found abundantly in food such as meats fish and dairy products. Specifically the acetylated form of cysteine is used as it is the rate limiting step to the production of glutathione, the mother of all antioxidants!* NAC has also been used as an effective liver detoxification measure to acetaminophen overdose. In addition to its ability to directly increase glutathione, N-Acetyl
L-Cysteine helps to detoxify the liver, kidneys and the lungs.*

Schisandra Chinensis
Also known as five-flavor berry, this woody vine is native to forests of northern China and eastern Russia and is one of the 50 fundamental herbs in TCM. The lignans known as schisandrin, have been studied for the potent antioxidant properties and more recently been hailed as an adaptogen. Schisandra chinensis is mainly beneficial for reducing cortisol, increasing nitric oxide production and circulation, and reduce biochemical markers of stress and anxiety.

Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine is perhaps the most widely used and studied ingredient in all of dietary supplements – and for good reason as its physiological benefits have been appreciated well before it was ever studied. Caffeine is the most widely consumed psychoactive compound with approximately 90% of adults consuming it daily mainly through coffee and teas! Caffeine works as a central nervous and a metabolic stimulant with a number of studies showing improved physical performance, endurance, cognitive and motor function.* Caffeine on its own has been shown to increase resting metabolic rate and caloric expenditure and also works synergistically with adrenaline to promote lipolytic (fat oxidation) activity.*

Di-Caffeine Malate
The unique combination of malic acid and caffeine provides all the same benefits as caffeine anhydrous with less stomach upset and a more steady release. By using both forms of caffeine, you get an initial spike of energy from caffeine anhydrous and and a more steady release of energy from di-caffeine malate, and no crash associated with high doses of anhydrous alone.

Olive Leaf Extract (20% Oleuropein)
Olive leaf is still a relatively newly re-discovered botanical with much research on the horizon, however has shown much promise. Olive leaf contains a variety of beneficial compounds, however the main active Oleuropein has been the most widely researched. Research has shown Oleuropein to help reduce LDL oxidation, help increase thyroid activity, have a positive effect on adrenaline production, provide beneficial effects on glucose metabolism and is a potent antioxidant and cold/flu fighter. We source a highly concentrated standardized form of Olive leaf to ensure maximum effectiveness.

The main active compound in Huperzia Serrata, Huperzine-A, acts as a cognitive enhancer specifically as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.* The result of inhibiting this enzyme is increased levels of acetylcholine and a decrease in its chemical breakdown in the brain.* Acetylcholine is used exclusively by the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems to transmit signals, memory and muscle function.* Huperzine-A is also known to have a long half-life that can maintain its activity for as much as 24-hours that can provide improved focus, mind-muscle connection, memory and attention tasks, as well as a feeling of well being and alertness.*

AstraGin
AstraGin™ is a patented absorption complex that has been clinically verified to increase absorption of amino acids and vitamins. The all-natural compound consists of a highly fractionated Astragalus membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng has also been found to increase ATP by 18%! AstraGin™ is by far the premier absorption and performance enhancing complex and maximizes the ingredients in our formula.
