Chocolate Protein Pudding Recipe
If you want something that's fast, healthy but tastes great give this pudding a try. You won't be disappointed and can eat it guilt free!
3/4 cup water or almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Sea Salt (optional)
1.Add all ingredients into a blender - add liquid first
2.Blend for 30 seconds
3.Serve immediately or chill
4.Top with chocolate chips/ salt
Now sit back & enjoy!
