ADVANCED 7-STAGE RECOVERY &
MUSCLE-BUILDING SYSTEM
RE-CON combines a 7-stage approach formulated to fuel the body´s
muscle-building, repair and recovery systems. This maximizes post-workout
growth and repair while optimizing your “anabolic window”. We hyper-load
RE-CON with glycogen-replenishing, muscle-fueling carbohydrates, along with
cellular detoxifiers that help reduce catabolism and promote cellular
health. To back these up, we add immuno-modulators to support health and
recovery. RE-CON also targets the body´s key anabolic and recovery pathways,
which further supports muscle growth, recovery and, ultimately, your
adaptive response to hard training.
Stage 1: REPLENISHMENT (Carb-Max Matrix):
Carb-Max™ blend is scientifically formulated to combine specific
carbohydrate sources, each chosen for its unique energy-yielding properties
and recovery supporting benefits. This blend contains 3 distinct mono- and
polysaccharides. These are combined to yield rapid, sustained cellular
replenishment.
Stage 2: REBUILD (Anabolic Primer Matrix):
Research has suggested time and again that Essential and Branched Chain
Amino Acids are critical to the muscle-building process. This is especially
true during the immediate post-training “window of growth”. BCAAs and EAAs
