Returning Products Purchased Online
If you would like to return an item please ship our warehouse but first contact us at 1-866-980-5326. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
