Orders: We ship out of London, Ontario within Canada which includes all P.O. Boxes and rural roads via Canada Post Expedited Service, UPS Standard or Purolator Ground with a transit time of 1-6
business days across Canada.
Note: Weekends & holidays do not count as a shipping day.
*We reserve the right to combine shipments with orders going to the same recipient. You will only receive up to a maximum of 6 samples for your combined orders based on the total $ spent

They do not include preparation time getting your order processed and shipped.
*US Orders: Do not qualify for free shipping and are automatically

Orders Placed: A 15% Cancellation Fee will be applied to any orders placed and then cancelled. Once an order is placed you cannot change &/or add products.
Customer Pickups: We operate out of a warehouse facility and in order
to keep costs low and to conform with our insurance we cannot allow customer
pickups. Local customers please order online this is the quickest service we can
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as
undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will
make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment.
Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the 'checkout page'. Please ensure all information you provide is correct.
If an error is made on your address and and your selected shipper (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator) has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $15.00 will be to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by your selected shipper (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator) and the item is "returned to sender", We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account.
If at that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage.
Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.
Track your order have your tracking number ready.
Returns: Please contact our customer service department @ Contact Us. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted only so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it. Be sure to include your order # in all correspondence.
Returns must be
made within 30 days of purchase & products must be sealed. A refund
will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage (incurred to us by your selected shipper - Canada Post, UPS or Purolator), whether
the order was over or under $99 AND the return postage incurred to us
by your selected plus a 15% restocking fee.
For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied.
Partial Returns: should the order fall under $99, standard postal rate of $9.95 + tax (Canada Post), $14.95 + tax (UPS) or $9.95 + tax (Purolator) will be deducted from refund.
For any product claims submitted through SupplementSource.ca, we will not reship items as postage is not covered by the manufacturer. Alternatively, you can submit your product claim directly to the distributor/manufacturer.
**We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
