probably the best multivitamin pak you can by on the market hands down. universal has been around forever and is a well trusted brand. this product wins multi vitamin award of the year, year after year on all the big websites and reviews. makes sure your bosy is fully re-plenished and ready to go for your next workout. lots of pills to take per pak is the only downfall - 8 pills.
