Great pre-workout |

This is by far the best pre-workout I have tried so far in terms of efficiency. I love where the market is going now more towards concentrated pre-workouts because it is much easier on the digestive tract without all the magnesium and fillers which often give people issues. I found the blue raspberry to be too strong as well as the fruit punch, but the lemon-lime flavour tastes almost identical to green gatorade rain. The only reasons I give this product only 4 stars are portions as well as some side-effects. The fact that there is only 45 servings and after the first three of four times using it you need to take 2-3 scoops is somewhat of a buzzkill. runs out fast and once your used to it, workouts just aren't the same without it. I also don't like that sometimes it makes me feel somewhat nauseous depending on what I ate that morning or if I didn't eat anything that morning. Definitely eat something if you're going to take it in the morning or it will make you sick.

Awesome Pre-Workout Supplement |

This is the best pre-workout supplement I have ever had. I tried Nanovapor, Gaspari Superpump, Nutrex Hemorage, and 6 star supplements N.O pre-workout. This is by far the best with no jitters or overhyper sensation. I went up 20 lbs on my bench in the first workout on this stuff. 5-10 on other bodyparts. Every excercise I either went up in weight or beat my previous reps by 3 or more. This was just after 2 scoops (30 min. before workout). I am going to stick to this stuff for a long time. Please, please, please give this a try. You will be glad you did!
