What is Nitric Oxide and what does it do?

Are all Nitric Oxide products equal?
NO!

Please be aware that there are two forms of A-AKG available as a raw material for supplement manufacturers:
AAKG 2:1 and AAKG 1:1. You need to make sure that the product you are buying uses AAKG 2:1. The same is true for L-Citrulline Malate ﾖ 2:1 and 1:1 versions are available, with 2:1 being the more expensive version in both cases.
Many companies skimp, trying to save money by using the 1:1 versions. It is completely legal for them to still use the ingredient name on their label, but what consumers donﾒt realize is that they are getting a poor-quality, ineffective product that does little if anything to boost Nitric Oxide blood levels. Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate 2:1
It has long been known that very high dosages (typically, 10-15 grams) of L-Arginine taken on an empty stomach can boost short-term Nitric Oxide and Growth Hormone (GH) levels. Unfortunately, L-Arginine is not very suitable for use as a long-term NO boosting agent due to its inherent limitations. Even for GH release, the frequent high dosages required, unpleasant taste and stomach upset, make following an effective regimen impractical, if not flat-out impossible for most.
