1. Put 1 scoop (28g) of powder into your emply glass first
2. Then add 300ml (10oz) of water and stir for 15 seconds
3. Add another 300ml of water into the glass and stir for another 15 seconds
4. Do NOT add all 600ml of water all at once
5. Do NOT blend in a blender and do NOT shake up in a shaker cup
6. Use the full recommended amount of water - no less
7. After stirring up all the powder into the 600ml total of water, more water can then be added if you want to adjust the flavour
8. Enjoy!
