The Experimental Products Division at ADS developed Post-Cycle-Therapy (PCT) to
address the needs of an individual during the recovery period of an anabolic
program. PCT will help you maintain higher natural levels of testosterone, a
reduction in estrogen activity, diminish the effects of cortisol and help repair
chemical induced liver damage.
Key points:
1. Hypothalamic-Pituatary-Testicular Axis Activation By stimulating the
Hypothalamus to secrete higher levels of GnRH, the pituitary gland will release
additional LH, which in turn bind to the Leydig cells of the testes and result
in an increase production of testosterone.
2. Inhibition of the 5-Alpha-Reductase Enyzme Inhibition of 5-alpha reductase
enzyme results in increased levels of testosterone by preventing the conversion
to dihydroxytestosterone.
3. Reduced Estrogen Production High estrogen levels typically seen post-cycle
can cause inhibition of natural testosterone production (below normal levels)
and gynecomastia. Elevated estrogen levels tend to cause female pattern fat
distribution and will also make it more difficult to lose fat. PCT has been
developed to inhibit estrogen-receptor alpha signaling, cytochrome P450-mediated
estrogen metabolism and also provides an antagonist to the estrogen receptor.
4. Liver Damage Chemical induced liver damage is common when taking anabolic
compounds. Andrographis paniculata has been shown to to repair chemically
induced liver damage increase bile flow
